Standard Shipping Charges Rs. 100/- applicable on all Orders below Rs. 1299/-.

For Orders above Rs. 1299/-, Shipping is Free. Till 5 Kg (In Kerala Only )

For all international orders from outside India, Shipping charges are charged on basis of weight (different for each country).

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

It usually takes 7-8 working days to dispatch an order. Shipping time for Domestic orders is 5-9 days whereas for International orders is 7-15 days.

In case it is Urgent to you, Kindly Contact us, we will process your order on priority.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, kindly write to us at info@eglazefashion.com

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

For International Orders, we send an Email indicating the order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking details.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, we will Contact you.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we cannot assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, it’s totally not under our control.
CANCELLATION BY THE EGLAZE FASHION

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Plus Size Store and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
COURIER

Delivery takes 3-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.

Delivery is traceable and 100% insured.

Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.

If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of an order along with its location.
MAILING HOURS

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).

Return, Refund or Cancellation Policy
Returns

You may return a product within 5 days of your delivery date if a manufacturing defect has been found.

A product’s part or entire sales package will be replaced depending on the defect.

Any signs of physical or incidental damages to the product or product packaging will be chargeable and shall be deducted before the refund can be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.

Customer is responsible to ship the product back to us.

Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 48 hours before a refund can be processed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, a refund is possible only if the product is unopened in the same condition as it was received in. Keep in mind however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer. Your refund will be processed with 24-48 hours after your product has been received and inspected.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
